Business Process Deployment project which addresses all of the Business Processes around the deployment of AMI 'SMART' Meters. This project involves changing how utilities interact with their members as AMI brings 2 way communication between the customer and utility providing consumer information and comsumption control to customers while allowing utilities better access to data points along the network.Power Quality Database which is a project designed to assist Engineering in the tracking and decision making around controlled and uncontrolled assets such as reclosers, capacitor banks, feeder line splices and lightning arresters. Tied in with field investigations and outage data, the PQdB will give the cooperative's engineers an unprecedented view into the data which historically has resided in the tribal knowlege of long time field engineers and operations employees.

I managed a team of business analysts in support of an application suite used by utility clients which included online enrollment, call center enrollment, back office support electric usage rating and billing, statement generation, back end customer behavior management and optimization of billing and meter reading loads.
