For more than 30 years I have successfully built, developed and managed teams across a wide variety of operations, countries and cultures. I can operate at the senior management level, and I have the knowledge and skills to contribute at a technical/professional level. I have developed and implemented strategy for organisations requiring either start-up, turn-around or continuous improvement programs in multiple and remote locations. Each of these has also required me to have and apply technical skills and strong leadership with executive and operational teams alike.With an engaging and collegial leadership style, tertiary qualifications and operational experience that make me credible and influential with senior management and operational teams alike. Through this I am able to build and maintain effective teams where I deliver operational excellence, practical systems, integration and quality assurance solutions. My high level of energy and commitment has inspired ownership and personal empowerment across those organisations where I have worked. I have tertiary qualifications in Mining, Adult Education and a Graduate Diploma and Masters in Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety, along with a number of VET diplomas.
