I have worked in the television industry as an engineer for 20+ years. Initially I worked as a camera and tape (yes it was tape back then) technician. I moved into audio and live truck operations, video transmission, audio mixing, talent IFB, virtual phone systems and microwave systems maintenance.At NetWest Communications I operated a television satellite uplink truck and production trailer. I did live broadcasts for most of the major networks from locations in the western US. Responsibilities included remote satellite uplink, downlink, video switching, audio mixing, virtual phone systems, and talent IFB. I was the EIC (Engineer In Charge) for one of our production trailers for remote broadcasts of sporting events.In 2005 Rebecca and I started Answer Idaho. We do virtual phone systems for small businesses. Our Virtual Receptionist phone system is designed to help small offices with voice mail and call routing that a large phone system has but without any equipment installed at the clients location.We also coach entrepreneurs and small business owners on phones, phone systems, phone services and how to use them efficiently with the least expense.In 2009 Answer Idaho branched out with a new division, All Call Technologies.
