SAP BASIS consultant for UW Milwaukee. UW-Milwaukee is one of five University competence centers in the world that hosts SAP for other universities to use in the classroom as a part of SAP's University Alliance Program. I maintain 44 ECC instances and in the past oversaw our upgrade from 6.0 to 6.04 on sun V890 DB servers and sun V40Z application servers, as well as the changeover from Sun hardware to the IBM power environment in Summer / Fall '11. Our prior operations used Solaris 10 and Oracle 10g - the IBM operation is running AIX 6.1 with DB2 9.7. I also oversee two solution managers, one SCM 7.0, CRM 7.1, and 2 BW 7.0 systems, we also have multiple netweaver systems running on Windows server with MSSQL.Our operation also runs various support servers needed to facilitate our operations. These include an internal DNS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, a firewall GUI system for our cisco firewall, a SAPGUI installation management server, SCM optimizer, and several miscellaneous servers for remote access.Projects:New Data Center implementationSAP Solution Manager implementation for change management and ease of system management. Manage the start to finish process of refurbishing MRI systems. Required full installation and network integration for diagnostic scanning. Drove strict continual improvement standards at GE by finding, proposing, and implementing many process improvements. Many of those included replacing paperwork travelers with database backed tracking software. Worked with IBM mainframe and Oracle 10g and 11i ERP systems. Transitioned to Mammography department during MRI down periods.

Lead technician team in performing batch reworks of trunked communication systems. Isolate root causes and work with engineering to work fixes into forward production. Performed site visits to gather environmental data for use by engineers. Customers were public safety organizations at city and national levels.
