• Play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) development and Enterprise Analytics center of excellence.
• Primary accountability for leading and developing the analytical BI application team.
• Develop, continuously improve and enforce departmental policies and procedures to ensure the mission of the EDW and Enterprise center or excellence is met.
• Oversee a development group, support group and PMO efforts following a software development lifecycle (SDLC) to build out the EDW and analytic assets such as reports and dashboards.
• Provides input on technology selections for the EDW, visualization/reporting tools, change control, project tracking, communication, business glossaries/metadata dictionaries, analytic inventories and any other.
• Ensures all projects are properly tracking issues and risks and help to resolve or escalate these as appropriate.
