Lead and manage the multi year, multi phase, execution of HBT’s transition of IT system functionality and business process to Pacific Blue Cross. Scope includes transition of administration and transactional activities related to life, disability, dental and extended health benefits. Project focused on benefit enrollment and billing process transition plus data conversion from HBT’s legacy IBM AS400 application to PBC’s ACES enterprise application.

 Led client project team of 2 to 5 analysts through all facets of 6 unique core banking system conversion projects over 3 years including, data mapping of products and services, product setup and configuration, database setup, software testing (pre and post conversion), data item verification, and post implementation support. Acted as lead consultant on a one month engagement providing onsite training to a client project team of 20 analysts in Dublin Ireland. Client project team was trained up on how to use banking system functionality from an end user perspective, as well as system administration functions such as product and general ledger configuration. Authored functional specification documents for Open Solutions custom development of the Profile banking system. Documents were approved by the client sponsors and then used by the Open Solutions development and quality assurance teams in the delivery of the customizations to the client.
