I build and maintain enterprise mobile-first and hybrid-mobile apps for Verizon Human Resources, Payroll, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and Time Reporting. I was the architect of TradeMore.com, a public e-commerce site for buying and selling used phones and pre-owned tablets, watches, and other electronics.I wrote software and tests while leading delivery teams to create browser-based e-learning solutions; performance management and improvement apps; competency assessment tools; HR self-service apps; and custom analytics solutions. I led PeopleSoft/HR portal integration, including the Verizon Telecom HR portal, a third-generation, knowledge management system designed to integrate e-learning solutions with the strategic initiatives of Verizon business units and departments. Over 60,000 employees uses these apps daily. I not only embrace user experience, but also developer experience.
