My strong background in application management, testing, training, networking and data integrity provides the ability to meet and exceed requirements. My involvement with large healthcare organizations, community hospitals and physician groups developed skills in full life-cycle project planning, establishing critical success factors, RFI/RFP management, vendor selection, budgeting, initiation, execution, post-live support plans and leadership of both internal and vendor project teams. Successes include full EHR system transitions for 6 major facilities, multiple concurrent support projects and of course the required upgrades and smaller ancillary systems outside our primary EHR system.
