Performed daily operations associated with daily golf shop outside services at Saddle Rock Golf Course, a City of Aurora owned golf course. Primary focus of then position was checking in customers, providing customer service in shop, on course and over the phone in order to maximize customer experience. - Facilitated the opening and closing of the golf shop and cart barn- Experienced with POS system and daily operations - Assisted in some tournament setup, while actively engaging with tournament members before and after tournament start - Engaged daily with customers and golfers to ensure a pleasurable experience for those visiting the course
