I originally hail from Colorado and have had experience traveling across the US and internationally for soccer during the past 15 years. I have begun a new chapter of my life and have rekindled my passion for golf. During this past year, I have come to learn that relationships are an integral part of the game and I have realized how important it is to not only excel in the game, but to grow connections with those who likewise enjoy it. Primary focus of then position was checking in customers, providing customer service in shop, on course and over the phone in order to maximize customer experience. - Facilitated the opening and closing of the golf shop and cart barn- Experienced with POS system and daily operations - Assisted in some tournament setup, while actively engaging with tournament members before and after tournament start - Engaged daily with customers and golfers to ensure a pleasurable experience for those visiting the course
