•Instituted of Raiser’s Edge donor giving and data collection platform.•Developed strategy for effectively marketing first online giving campaign in the history of the school, including articulation of fund distribution towards academic programs and professional growth of our teachers. •Initiated alumni identification method and survey for growth of an alumni association. •Communicated the new impassioned vision and transformation of the Development Office to our faculty and staff.•Redesigned the President’s Club’s membership form to increase sponsorship levels and realized a 50% increase.•Analyzed previous ten years of Annual Appeal giving history and messaging executing a detailed plan that revolutionized the program.•Overhauled guidelines for our Tuition Assistance Program and advocated for underprivileged students to attend Saint Mary’s High School who could not otherwise afford to do so. •Guided the President, Finance Committee Chair, Account Manager, and Financial Adviser and ultimately helped form and guide a Foundation Board towards the establishment of an endowment fund for future growth. •Strategized with School Board Members, Financial Advisers, and prospective lawyers with expertise in Educational Endowments the best practices for securing an educational endowment, including the policies of gift acceptance, spending, award, and investment policies for the future endowment. •Consolidated and helped raise nearly five million dollars towards the new endowment fund for student tuition assistance. •Collaborated with Director of Scholarships to increase funding and create scholarship policies. •Oversaw an Alumni Dinner, Annual Appeal, President’s Club, Hall of Fame, and other key events including identification of sponsors, public relations, event protocols, improving payment options, donor recognition, and constituent relations.

Red Rhino Adventures was formed by Greg and Susan Traverso in 1997. Since that time, Greg and Susan have been designing innovative classic safaris for clients from all over the world from the United States to Australia to Europe, and beyond.Like Metamo, Red Rhino Adventures was had a strong commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a focus on personal service has been and remains the hallmark of their work.
