I am extremely proud to be spearheading a new era in the history of Cantec. I began working here as a junior salesman building my way up to Sales Director and shareholder in 2005. Now I am the Managing Director of a new merger between Cantec Waterford and Cantec Limerick. We have emerged from a company selling single photocopier, printer or scanner units, to a company selling a number of technological advances to large companies. The printing world has changed dramatically, and we’re at the forefront of these developments. A core part of our business is providing consultancy services, specialist software and hardware integrated systems. _________________________________________The backbone of a managed print software solution is in providing better working practices for document management and workflow. With a managed solution, businesses are better placed to ensure time savings, reduced costs and control compliance. Typical examples include tracking the progress of documents, finding and retrieving relevant information and eliminating unnecessary paper storage. We’re excited to host demo days here in Waterford, which we see as a way for us to help support our customers. This gives us the opportunity to showcase our systems for improved document management and workflow. These demonstrations pick out particular tasks that businesses would like to do better,and more efficiently. I firmly believe that the key to keeping our customers happy is the superior levels of service and support we provide them. ____________________________________________On a personal level I have been married for over 14 years to a loving, intelligent, beautiful wife. My kids are happy, energetic and clever. I love sport, playing football and tag rugby for 10 weeks of the year and squash once a week. I’m a former Director for Waterford Chamber of Commerce and a keen supporter of foundation programs in Africa.
