CurrentThe Director of Digital Recruitment Strategy plays a pivotal role in reinforcing the institution's competitive positioning within the multifaceted landscape of higher education, both nationally and globally. Entrusted with the responsibility of identifying and integrating innovative technologies and trends, the Director will focus on enhancing strategies related to international student diversification, student engagement, advising, and recruitment/retention. In a concerted effort to align digital strategies with essential strategic objectives, this role will also emphasize the utilization of IT and AI for improved productivity, aligning initiatives with marketing and communications, and amplifying the institution's reputation in targeted communities. Ultimately, the Director will contribute expertise and direction to the planning and development of the Divisionβs overarching strategic vision.
