R&D Project REVIRESThe R&D project will result in a developed energy-efficient solid fuel heating system from renewable energy sources produced through innovative and environmentally friendly technological processes. The production process will be significantly improved in the aspect of applying paint to the components of the product. During the implementation of the project, a new water-based paint formula will be developed that will ensure the durability of the heating system, which implies a more extended period of use of one system, i.e., a smaller number of modifications and waste generation. Also, water-based paint will have a significantly smaller impact on the environment and employee health. The new paint application process will allow for savings in the amount of paint per individual painted component.• Mobilizing engineers.• Conducting process mining and statistical analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks in specific stages of production.• Defining procurement plan, writing tender documents, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring contract compliance.• Leveraging AirTable to independently develop a database that empowers leaders with transparency of all project data.• Coordinating activities with EU Consultants, partner companies, and project researchers.
