Environmental Field Services, Inc. (EFS) provides complete and innovative remediation services for addressing contaminated sites. EFS remediation services include excavation, transportation and disposal of contaminated soils and demolition. In addition, EFS is also proficient in site grading and preparation, landfill cover and capping systems, soil stabilization technologies and reactive barrier/slurry wall construction. Site services include soil stabilization, tank removal and installation and in-situ soil mixing. Highly integrated projects, such as Superfund, Department of Defence, brownfield redevelopment and wetland reconstruction can be successfully and safely and completed by EFS.

-Responsible for the successful completion of a 4 ½ year remediation project with a contract value in excess of 30 million dollars-Alternative uses of accumulated waste water saved the client $750,000-Materials recycling recovered $50,000 in funding-Reprocessing of site materials saved $65,000 in purchasing and disposal costs-Scheduling of work and maintaining critical path components-Responsible for preparing cost estimates and minimizing client expenditures-Supervision, implementation and coordination of various activities including landfill capping and closure, utility clearance and tie-in, impermeable asphaltic barrier installation, paving and concrete, geoprobe investigation, monitoring well installation, extraction well system design and installation, landscaping design and installation, water treatment plant installation and operation, utility infrastructure installation, building and infrastructure demolition-QA/QC review and documentation of engineering submittals and client deliverables-Point of contact for client relations-Procurement of labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors-Sub-Contract negotiations-Coordination and tracking of engineering deliverables-Constructability review of design elements-Proposal development and implementation-Responsible for engineering redesign and integration with existing facilities

-Successfully rescheduled operations to shorten completion time by 2 months-Responsible for coordinating daily site activities for waste consolidation and landfill cap construction-Interfacing with the US Army Corps of Engineers to ensure project compliance-Coordinate staffing, equipment and material assets to maintain cost efficient site operations-Provide accurate reports to facilitate timely invoice development and processing

Responsibilities for these projects have included: -Attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings -Demonstrate cost savings to clients through technological advances, scheduling changes or use of alternate materials and methods-Track project quantities and costs to keep expenditures controlled and properly assigned-Procure resources for projects from new and existing suppliers-Maintain training records of employees-Equipment tracking and maintenance-Direct daily oversight of remediation projects to include assignment of tasks to the site personnel, order of work to be performed, determine personnel and equipment requirements, and development of progress reports to both the client and company management.
