Led the transition, development, execution, and continuous process improvement for creation, delivery, and uplink of ISS GN&C PPLs.Provided engineering support for the ISS GN&C subsystem in NASA's ISS MER. Served as flight lead for several Shuttle flights, other dynamic on-orbit ISS activities, and anomaly investigations. Played a major role in developing and improving MER GN&C processes from the beginning of ISS GN&C operations in 2001 through the completion of ISS assembly in 2009.Participated in system integration and flight planning for the ISS GN&C subsystem, ensuring GN&C requirements were met and all Shuttle flights and ISS on-orbit activities were properly planned.

Served as book manager for the ISS Systems Handbook for three years and four publications. Used project management skills to develop publication schedules, serve as liaison between ten systems drawing leads and the drafting contractor, and coordinate with the printing vendor for publication and distribution of the handbook. Assisted in development of and provided significant contributions to the planning process for ISS operations. Became proficient with the ISS trajectory and attitude simulation software and assisted developers with maintenance and anomaly identification and resolution.Developed new console tools and operations processes for early ISS operations.
