Boston Proper is a multi channel women’s fashion apparel business. I was responsible for all merchandising and product development for this $60 million women’s fashion apparel business sold through the direct mail catalog and Internet channels

Responsible for all aspects of $240 million traditional Women’s Sportswear business unit.Coordinated annually eight Specialty Catalogs with a circulation of 24 million and six Corporate Catalogs with a circulation of 68 million.Coordinated Direct mail, E-Commerce, Retail, International, and Corporate Sales channels.

Retained by The Museum of Fine Arts Boston to reposition their $40 million Enterprise business consisting of catalog, retail stores, exhibition shops, wholesale product, rights & licensing, and publishing. • Devised merchandising concept aligned to reflect the MFA Collections in order to focus Brand Management and Product Development. • Assumed all general management responsibility for Merchandising and Product Development, Marketing, and Creative Design.
