Sr. Director, Program Delivery
Current- Provide direct leadership and support to Program Delivery Managers to ensure resources are properly aligned to achieve business goals and objectives in collaboration with clients.
- Responsible for P&L management, performance management, coaching and career development for multiple teams.
- Monitor SLA's/KPI's to identify and implement talent acquisition business processes to increase efficiency and improve Hiring Manager/Candidate experiences.
- Design recruitment teams' structure and processes to exceed recruitment goals and client satisfaction.
