Gregory Vella has 25 plus years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Gregory Vella gained valuable national appraisal experience working for Joseph J. Blake & Associates in Chicago as a senior level associate completing work throughout the United States. Prior to joining Capstone Valuation Advisors, Mr. Vella was employed at Grubb & Ellis Landauer, and Tew Realty Advisors (TRA) and has been working with Scott Tew, MAI, for 20 years dating back to when TRA was formed in 2004. Capstone Valuation Advisors joined the Valbridge team in June of 2019 and was named as a Managing Director for the Orlando office. Mr. Vella will continue his role as a Managing Director with Valtrust. Mr. Vella specializes in the appraisal of complex assets with valuations over $25 million that include large office and industrial parks, shopping centers, high rise office buildings, for-rent apartment communities, high- rise apartment towers, mixed-use developments, and entitled land assets such as master plan communities, DRI’s, and CDD’s. Mr. Vella also specializes in performing Fair Market Rent Studies for regional and National apartment developers related to SB102 and the Middle Market Certification process. Mr. Vella is also certified with Argus having 25 years of cash flow modeling experience.
