    • Currently managing a new proof of concept virtual reality museum experience project with an initial feature and functionality set (using the Unity 3d real-time engine) to demonstrate photo-realistic galleries and display objects for visitors. VR MOSF project page has more detailed information about the planning, strategy, and research around visitor/user needs for developing the feature/functionality lists, user stories, and development roadmap.• Managed MOSF iOS mobile app and Android software development process using Agile Waterfall. Collected user requirements, wrote specifications/wireframes, use cases, story boards, and defined user experience screen sequence logic and process workflows.• Managed the development of the first virtual Museum of Science Fiction with a team from the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2015 (news release). The virtual museum showcased heliophysics educational content from the NASA Science Mission Directorate.• Directed over 70,000 project hours and raised more than $3.6 million in human capital contribution from 150+ volunteers and pro bono services.• Managed internal and external creative/media agency teams to build and evangelize the Museum brand. Designed complete web presence and social media capability to build a comprehensive digital community: Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, and YouTube.• Managed and produced four major events with attendance of 3,000 - 5,000 people ($200,000 annually) to promote public informal education in science, technology, engineering, and math. • Instruction of graduate and undergraduate students with a focus on the social impacts of using new technologies - specifically the convergence between AI and quantum computing. These technologies are especially interesting because of the increased potential for unintended effects. These unintended technological effects allow students to additional study of novel trends and super trajectories.• Research of new technology applications and the macro social effects that accompany them. Using a form of complexity theory as a reference framework, this work examines how new technologies are adopted and diffused within geo-political communities - not unlike epidemiological studies of viral infections.• Production of TED Talk-type symposium involving a series of programs to discuss different aspects of Quantum AI with select author-panelists from industry, academia, and government.
