He learned his turnaround skills with his purchase of Bridgetown Grill in the late ’90s, updating a sandwich shop and earning unprecedented “Hot Concept of the Year” awards from both "Restaurants & Institutions" and "Chain Leader” as well as 44 “Best of Atlanta” awards. Greg also earned a Gold Medal in the US Chef’s Open and Entrepreneur of the Year accolades from the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
