Promoted to manage Univar's Oracle-based Identity & Access Management solution.• Collaborated with project managers to roll out Oracle Identity Management (OIM) and integrate it with Active Directory, on-premises SAP, and the IBM mainframe.• Worked directly with business owners, service desk and second-level support to roll out federated single sign-on (SSO) access to many third-party applications, including Service Now, Salesforce, SAP Success Factors, and ADP.• Worked with business owners to migrate on-premises Oracle federation application to Azure Active Directory in the cloud, rolling out Microsoft Azure MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to all users, self-service password reset, a new landing page, and other new systems.• Supervised employees during rollout of new features and systems, including updated MFA, migrating Identity & Access Management (IAM) system from hosted provider to data center, and connecting to systems such as SAP.• Collaborated with manager to plan migration from OIM to Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), to manage the lifecycle of an older OIM version.• After acquisition of Nexeo Solutions, changed focus to integrating their 2,000 employees and contractors into Univar systems connected via SSO, collaborating with the MIM administrator to migrate all users from OIM to MIM for provisioning to Active Directory.• To facilitate changes, worked with department heads and senior management in Finance, HR, Sales, and IT.• As third-level support, resolved issues that could not be handled by the service desk (first level) or our identity security team (second level), documenting procedures for both groups.• Completed all changes in ITIL-compliant manner using ServiceNow change management, presenting each change at a weekly change review board to avoid conflict with other changes and potential confusion for end- users.• Wrote end-user documentation in English for translation into the many languages supported at Univar.

Hired to manage Univar’s IBM (now HCL) Domino-based intranet with an expanded role that included IBM ClearCase, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Broker, and WebSphere Application and Commerce Servers. Implemented and managed servers for SharePoint 2007 and 2010, including the implementation of extended enterprise search.

Research and development of new technologies to expand ELF's options for serving their customers, primarily in the legal industry. This included early research in to XML, alternate web servers and ways to enhance and upgrade the Domino infrastructure.

Domino developer for small telecommunications startup, I rolled out Notes and Domino to all the employees including an upgrade from Exchange 4.0, implemented the first Domino web server and wrote applications to help employees keep information organized. I also did some consulting work for AT&T Wireless in an early project to integrate Domino with their manufacturing system, and as an expense reporting tool
