• Collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team on NEX Work, a crowdsourced online platform that enables companies’ internal referral submissions at scale.• Performed user research and usability tests on current designs to validate & iterate the workflow & interface via actionable insights.• Collaborated closely with project managers, engineers, and researchers to create prototypes and develop solutions on desktop & mobile formats from design through implementation.• Developed product strategies to attract more users with marketing specialists.

• Initiated and established a long-term partnership between NEX with Talent Circulation Alliance (TCA), a program launched by the Taiwan Authorities & American Institute in Taiwan(AIT). Pitched to TCA and won a government contract with the goal of “Internationalizing Taiwan’s Workforce”. For the contract, I led a cross-department team to produce sustain assets of 3 online courses & a workshop series for global young talents.• Workshop Series: Produced 4 videos funded by TCA to provide educational resources and support to students and young professionals for early careers and professional development.

• Led a team of 5 to establish and promote a cross-disciplinary and multicultural networking community to exchange resources and opportunities. Partner and collaborate with NPO, NGO, Taiwan & US governments, and local communities in the US, UK, Singapore, and Taiwan on joint webinars and events.• Award-winning 501(c)3 nonprofit startup based in Seattle and Taipei. • Manage the production of a ‘six-hands' cooking show for VIP Credit Suisse Asia clients. The 3 episodes were aired in Cantonese, Mandarin & English. I clarify requirements, negotiate budgets, recruit talents & manage relationships with all parties, including 3 Michelin-star chefs, a performing artist host, a Taiwan film crew with a Hong Kong PR firm & an editing studio. Later I created a media production SOP for MMHG.• Enhancing BaanTaipei’s (a Michelin Bib Gourmand 2020 restaurant) customer experience using service design methods. Aggregated shareholders' pain points (Group, Restaurant manager & chef). I collaborated with an engineer to prioritize issues to get improved by Python crawling/analyzing data from Google Maps & revamped front-of-house training with an ex-NYC Michelin restaurant sommelier. Led to an empathetic work environment, which improved services.
