I'm a Software Developer with a passion for puzzles and games, and what is software development but a puzzle to be solved? I've worked with HTML, CSS, Javascript, iOS, C#, .NET, (and more,) and whether it's a Rubik's cube, a Chess position, a website or other software, the mental exercise intrigues me, and solving the challenge provides great satisfaction.Technology is constantly changing, but the puzzles remain, so I'm always upgrading my tools. I've worked with .NET, iOS, and Web Development using HTML, CSS, and Javascript to code solutions to problems. Currently upgrading my skill set to include more current technologies, including Javascript Node and React frameworks, and continue to adapt as the tech landscape evolves in an ever-changing environment.As a cube enthusiast, I wrote an iOS Rubik's Cube app (purchased in over 60 different countries), which was even more intellectually rewarding than solving the Cube itself. Went through the struggle of learning a new language (Objective-C) and technology (iOS), and when I realized iOS Core Animation wasn't up to the task of 3D rotations necessary for my cube, I was flexible, learned something new, and coded a very satisfying solution using OpenGL (check out my videos below for a look at the app in action).Working on a current web project with React and Node to allow users to code their own algorithms to play various games. Proof of concept with Tic-Tac-Toe, then someday I'll work on my Grandmaster Chess algorithm.I've collaborated with people on difficult problems, and they knew my mind would focus on the details, and wouldn't quit until I found a solution.
