In this role, I provided advanced applications support directly to the needs of the end user. I also remotely manned the MR Call Center, documenting and resolving applications and technical calls directly from customers and field service engineers.• I managed the development of training for my colleagues using SharePoint for onboarding new recruits to the call center, reducing the learning curve for remote office set up and call efficiency by 50 to 70% and improving customer service surveys. • I routinely analyzed customer requirements and implemented training and system optimization to significantly improve workflow efficiency, image quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, I provided top tier clinical application support and training for Global, National and regional Clinical Education Specialists on the broad range of Philips MRI imaging systems and supporting products. I evaluated images, protocols, and system hardware and interacted with Philips customers and our service teams to provide a solution to improve image quality and optimize workflow concerns and issues.
