In this role, I provided advanced applications support directly to the needs of the end user. In this role, I provided top tier clinical application support and training for Global, National and regional Clinical Education Specialists on the broad range of Philips MRI imaging systems and supporting products. I evaluated images, protocols, and system hardware and interacted with Philips customers and our service teams to provide a solution to improve image quality and optimize workflow concerns and issues.
