As an Area Engineering Lead for the Southeast territory (MS, AL, GA, and FL), I own and manage each set of solution offerings that we present to our customers and to our internal organization. This requires knowledge of LED lighting upgrades, water conservation, HVAC and energy management system improvements, solar PV electric generation, and building envelope repairs to reviewing the energy and operational savings as modelled and calculated with other financial project benefits and coordinating Scopes of Work with subcontractors, to contract generation and closings. A major component of what my offerings include varying procurement methods like Design-Build, Performance Contracting, DBFOM, and P3 Public-Private Partnerships. Various contracting vehicles like TELPs, revenue bonds, contingent payments, PPAs and Energy-as-a-Service (EAAS), and even concession agreements are used to finance the improvements we offer. I actively increase secured sales and margin metrics, developing and applying best practices across my team, and shortened the sales cycle whenever possible.

I have experience in directing jobs in the ESCO world with Energy Saving Performance Contracts (ESPC) and in projects with the Energy as a Service (EaaS) model with Energy Saving Agreements (ESA). I see a large opportunity with EaaS in the future for our field!
