Wrote user documentation for EMC's Symmetrix VMAX enterprise storage system. Responsible for documenting TimeFinder (local replication) software. Wrote and maintained the TimeFinder Product Guide, which provides a high-level overview of how TimeFinder works at the operating system level. Updated the TimeFinder CLI Guide, which describes how to implement the features via host software. Wrote the deployment guide for Data at Rest Encryption, which provides hardware-based encryption for Symmetrix systems.

Storage Essentials is a storage area network (SAN) management application that provides monitoring, reporting, provisioning, and automation capabilities. Was responsible for documenting product features and functionality in the user guide, installation guide, and online help. Wrote drafts based on feature specifications written by the software engineering team. Examined the application to verify the accuracy of the specification and update the initial draft. Worked closely with subject matter experts throughout the process.Wrote user documentation for Report Optimizer, a plugin for Storage Essentials that provides enhanced reporting functionality.Wrote documentation to support HP's network storage hardware and software. Converted third party documentation into HP templates. Ensured that all documentation conformed to the appropriate style guidelines. Used FrameMaker conditional text and variables to create multiple versions of a document from a single source. Responsible for a variety of documents including user guides, reference guides, and planning guides.
