In this role handled new project intake as well as resourcing and governance over ongoing technology projects in the smartcard space.• Accountable to ensure 24x7 availability of TD Canada Trust Accesscards by ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and appropriate and timely attention to issues as they arose. Also responsible for supporting technology audit and compliance requirements (SOX, BASEL, FINTRAC etc).• Day to day people manager for a team of 12 consisting of IT specialists and developers, business annalist, and project management roles.
