My current role at Arbroath FC involves providing the playing staff with high quality scientific support on a day-to-day basis, prescribe and implement best practice strength and conditioning coaching and deliver gym-based and field-based conditioning programs tailored to individual players.In addition to this I produce and deliver staged rehabilitation sessions with injured players and deliver on-field warm-ups and pre activation sessions for both training and matches. I gather and monitor the training and game GPS data for the team and provide feedback, recommendations and reports to coaching staff and medical department.In addition to this I assist in all physical assessment procedures with he players and ensure all data is recorded, with a view to prescribing individual programs and workloads.

I am a self-employed personal trainer who offers hybrid coaching. From online and 1:1 fitness and wellbeing sessions. I can provide expert coaching for all abilities, having worked with Olympic athletes to beginners, I ensure a positive environment for all clients to thrive and grow in.
