Handled help desk, customer support, hardware, installation, network infrastructure, disaster recovery, strategic planning, partnerships, and security procedures. Designed and developed many customer support software packages, delivering objectives in scope.

Designed, developed, and implemented large-scale MES computer applications for the aircraft assembly production area. Project Leader and team member of team responsible for developing and implementing Lockheed’s state-of-the-art assembly shop floor tracking system. Successfully handled project responsibilities in all project phases including conceptualization, identification and selection of technologies/solutions, cost/benefit analysis, system design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. Technologies utilized included barcode, magnetic stripe readers, touchscreen, relational database tools, 4GL windows display of graphic/text, and advanced networking tools.
