Director Of Product - International Supply Chain / Customer ServiceWayfair Jan 2020 - Jun 2022Boston, Ma, UsLed product teams responsible for the customer (supplier) and Ops-facing Order and Inventory Management Systems for Wayfair’s digital freight forwarding platform, used for managing and tracking international ocean and dray shipments. Led first API integrations with two largest origin logistics partners, automating processes for ~50% of inbound containers. Built out scalable systems that allowed Less-than-container-load (LCL) shipment volume to increase tenfold over 16 months with minimal operational headcount increases. Transitioned into Wayfair’s customer service org in October 2021, and led post-order customer experience across web and mobile for all brands (ie. order tracking, order changes, refunds, returns, etc). Primary focus was developing a strategy for increasing adoption of self-service options to reduce contacts to call centers and improve customer experience via customer behavior analysis and a robust pipeline of A/B tests to optimize conversion. Also launched Wayfair customer support self-service in Ireland as part of broader geoexpansion efforts. -
