As VP of Global sales, I enjoy helping our enterprise customers enhance business performance using our advanced technology and solutions which work behind the scenes in many industries around the world. We help ensure every asset and worker on the edge is visible, connecting them to the data they need. Guiding them with accurate insights for the best next action. And optimising workflows, operations, and decisions in real time.My team and I especially work across: • OEM – providing data capture solutions for OEM partners to build innovative self-checkouts, advanced medical systems, smart kiosks, and more. • Global warehousing and automation – we help warehouses thrive in today’s challenging operating conditions which include a pressing labour crunch – the global chain operating at 40% of capacity. I’m therefore particularly excited about how our Fetch robotics solutions can complement human colleagues, so enabling warehouses to seamlessly scale and adjust with agility to increased demands. • M&A and ventures, and SaaS software – we also oversee sales of our expanding SaaS software and data analytics portfolio, and have a team of analysts constantly looking at M&A and joint venture opportunities.As a leader I always set out clear goals for my team, I’m transparent, and I value people’s personal time.
