I bring to bear over 25 years of deep expertise in infrastructure and application outsourcing transactions combined with experience in cloud computing, SaaS and other as-a-service offerings, cybersecurity matters, and strategic alliances. Global experience building strong relationships and closing transactions with Canadian and international clients in the US, Brazil, Mexico, UK and Asia. Applying my significant experience with complex global contract negotiations and drafting, I work with clients to develop and apply innovative strategies for structuring and negotiating multifaceted, high-risk transactions using a practical business-oriented approach.
