As part of the Autonomic Logistics Global Sustainment (ALGS), Integrated Supply Support (ISS) Group of the JSF F-35 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Integrated Product Team, primary responsibilities include the development and maintenance of ALGS SCM metrics and algorithms. Tasks include the creation of an automated Excel tool to consume ALIS IFS data to measure 32 different Performance Based Logistic (PBL) metrics, maintained on a monthly basis and provided to the Customer and Senior Leadership. Additional responsibilities included: identify gaps in SCM processes and provide streamlined solutions, Point of Contact between Sustainment Business Operations (SBO) and ALGS SCM with support to business case spiral analysis including development of a quantitative model to optimize the aircraft downtime allocation between SCM and maintenance, support to the ALGS proposal team with TSOW and BOE development, and development of an automated tracking tool to log all Action Requests with data pulls from the ALIS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to create metric reports for management.
