Avoka Technologies (now Temenos) is a leading customer experience management company, specialising in data collection and transaction management (DCTM). Avoka's award-winning DCTM SaaS platform (Avoka Transact) is used by large organisations to transform their business-critical data collection applications and forms into more intuitive, easier-to-use, mobile friendly and multi-channel ready SmartForms, without having to spend time and money on custom coding.My role was a Senior Account Manager for large enterprise customers (Telstra, Decipha/Australia Post, and University of Melbourne) and BDM for growing Avoka Transact product, licensing and professional consulting services. Responsible for overall client relationship (NPS, customer satisfaction and loyalty, commercial and contractual), account strategy, tender engagement.

Identified HP services solution opportunities, generated leads, managed pipeline, forecasted sales. Delivered proposals (including associated value propositions) for new services business deals and negotiated/closed with end customers. Deals range in size from entry level $10K annuity service to > $1m multi-year custom deals. Exceeded aspirational targets 2 years in a row for HP Services across South Pacific.

Maintained executive customer relationships with key Enterprise and Commercial accounts, promoted up-sell, enhanced customer loyalty and linked into sales account management. Managed a team of technology consultants (16 direct reports, 6 indirect reports) across the South Pacific region (WA, SA, VIC, NZ).
