Product lead on design and implementation of performance fees service offeringSponsor of lean review for fund-set ups to establish clear process ownership, identify process efficiencies and control enhancements

Overall responsibility for the delivery of the change program for a strategic European Investment Manager account.Management of resources, forward loads, financials, governance reporting and small technology change request pipeline.

Responsibility for 35 staff completing the Financial Reports for approximately 200 funds whilst driving key initiatives to drive improved Client service, analytical value add, process efficiencies and control enhancements.

Key project within the Bank’s Margin Lending division to de-risk the business, get it fit and healthy for the next wave of business and introduce a project framework to the division prior to merger activities. Key responsibilities included redesign, testing and implementation of core technology and rollout of corporate project management framework.

Led the design of an automated solution to recalculate unit prices for a remediation program back to fund inceptions. Created functional requirements, technical specifications and user guides for new solution. Business requirements capture, system testing and operational implementation on significant outsourcing project of the fund administration arm of Europe’s Leading Mutual Company for approximately 1500 funds.
