Created a better understand about the structure of a central bankand the responsibilities of divisions such as :• Supervision – gained knowledge on the implementation ofrisk-based supervision on institutions licensed by the centralbank.• Regulatory Framework - delved into annual reports andpublications according to the Law "On the Bank of Albania" andthe Law "On banks in the Republic of Albania"• Financial Stability - gained a comprehensive understandingon implements of the macro prudential policy, aiming toprevent risks that threaten financial stability and increase thesustainability of banks and other financial institutions.• Monetary Policy – acclimated myself with the respectivelegal framework and the theoretical background employed formodelling the operational target of monetary instruments used tofinalize the monetary policy goals.• Human Resources – observed the processes of : recruitment andselection process, evaluation of employees performance, andassisted in the process and ensuring background checks.• Banking resolution – deliberated on the strategies implemented inorder to enable the continuity of the bank's critical functions andsafeguard financial stability if a bank will be resolved in the eventthat it runs into difficulties and distress.
