GREEN EARTH 2016 TO 2020 CO-OWNER - PROJECT COORDINATORAs co-owner and Business Development Manager, I had many responsibilities running and generating business for the company. Since most of the clients were from Europe, I took the role as PR Director for the marketing strategy in Spain, primarily as main sponsor for one of La Liga´s Premier soccer teams. I was also handling the day-to-day operation of the companies Data Center. Purchasing new equipment, overseeing maintenance and business continuity, supplier relations and general legal matters. Finance issues, business resources, accounts, human resource, stock control, office organization control and communications among many more managerial duties.

In this position, my main responsibility was to develop and deliver designated training programs for Tech Data sales personnel, new and existing employees. Assess, recommend, develop and/or source needed training courses, materials, and activities including English pronunciation enhancement training. Provide one-on-one and group coaching of sales personnel to achieve assigned quotas in account management, account development, negotiation and objection handling, business partner special pricing programs, time management and effective outbound campaigns. Effectively identify individual coaching needs, develop and implement coaching plans, actively participating in continuous processes and improvement activities and trainings mostly in Tampa HQ. I also had to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of programs delivered using various established measurement methods such as surveys, training skills attainment and management development. I also delivered trainings in Mexico City and Tampa USA corporate offices. As part of the HR department, I had to created new hire testing material and I helped interviewing hundreds of new hire candidates as part of the company´s initial screening process. General HR duties, interviewing new hire personnel and conflict resolutions.
