I developed the business plan, secured capital investment, and successfully spun out this new business venture from Yingli Solar to evaluate and improve the performance of solar power generation facilities in order to maximize financial returns for system owners, buyers, and developers. Quickly aligned team to develop product and service lines with novel and differentiating methods for measurement, data collection and analysis. Led all commercial efforts, securing acquisition-focused partnerships. Managed investment round and subsequent negotiations, culminating in acquisition by independent engineering firm DNV-GL in 2016.
