Managed sales/marketing team at Budbee during early startup phase - Involved in business strategy and product development/sales. Committed to building an attractive customer centric product portfolioMain responsibilities: -Budbee e-commerce offering (what is basically known as Budbee home deliveries today) - Project lead responsible for establishing customer needs and setting constraints for a viable same day home delivery platform. Collaborated with customers and partner companies to integrate the product into leading TA-systems, e-commerce platforms and checkouts of major merchants. Breakthrough deals with Apotea, Skincity and Bangerhead along with 20+ other merchants-Budbee food bag offering - Business development and contract negotiations with leading fmcg retailers/grocery companies in Sweden (secured deals with ICA and COOP among others, later discontinued to focus 100% on non foods)-Budbee "offline" offering - Joint collaboration with omnichannel merchants, payment providers and hardware developers . The goal was to minimize administrative tasks for individual brick n mortar outlets nationally and offer a high quality uniform (branded) delivery experience for brick 'n mortar and online offerings (prior to Budbee Box)

PhD engineering studies at Lund University.Research focused on development and fabrication of tools for micron sized cell/particle separation/manipulation/detection in microfluidic networks for food and health industry.PhD studies involved:-Design and development of biomedical products for use in academia and industry.-Writing papers and patents as well as presenting the research at international conferences.-Grant application procedures including "best of practice"/compliance.-Teaching assignments, supervising and lectures.-Collaboration with industry (FOSS A/S) in development of food/biotech analysis instrumentation.Projects include: Development of a microchip Coulter counter, Lipid removal in raw milk, Concurrent blood fractionation and Ultrasound enhanced-FACS.

Nano/Bio research, Development of food stuff analysis platforms, Stem cell separation, Cancer cell detection, Student counselling, lab maintenance and clean room microfabrication.
