To address this, Veeam has pioneered a fundamentally new kind of solution that delivers high-speed recovery, data loss avoidance, verified protection, leveraged data and complete visibility.Founded in 2006, Veeam currently has 27,000 ProPartners and more than 121,500 customers worldwide, and offices throughout the world.My Responsibilities and Missions: - providing T2 and T3 support, troubleshooting and resolving serious technical problems in virtualized infrastructures (e.g. finding and pointing out problems or bugs and providing solutions, writing SQL and basic Powershell scripts, fixing configurations, advising on infrastructures etc.); - communication with the clients in order to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty; - deploying environments and tools for testing and troubleshooting purposes; - preparing analytical reports and collaboration with QA and R&D teams; - administrative assistance to the manager (correspondence, holding interviews in French); - helping, teaching and coaching (e.g. via trainings) new team members; - cooperation with sales teams and helping to close $100k+ deals; - cooperation with partners (VMware, NetApp, EMC, HP, Oracle, IBM, Dell) in order to work together on resolution of complicated issues of our common customers. Achievements: - highest customer satisfaction scores in T2/T3 support (over 95%); - saving datacenters and helping to restore lost data; - becoming the point of contact and favorite engineer for dozens of our key enterprise and governmental clients;- extending, improving and systematizing my IT knowledge; - learnt to quickly react and be confident in critical/urgent situations
