East Brunswick NJGresham Harris currently provides subject matter expertise in all areas related to CBRNE as a Contract temporary employee. He has provided the Leidos Corporation with all of the NBCRV Stryker system training and instruction, guidance and subject matter expertise in the areas of hazard awareness, operation and all areas related to detection, sample collection, decontamination and the proper procedures related to transferring samples related to Chemical; Biological; Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive hazard sample collection .The samples that are collected have to comply with CFR 1910-47, HHS, FEMA Standards. The samples have to comply with all Governmental Regulations that stay with compliance and context related to the regulations with the transport of Hazardous Materials for Conformational and Definitive Identification of stated samples. The confirmation and Definitive Identification will allow proper medical treatment procedures that are necessary to provide the best treatment plan for all individuals that are exposed and or either or contaminated with any type of CBRNE material. Mr. Harris conducted instruction with the capability and training development defined with emphasis placed on research, development and instruction of subjects related to Weapons of Mass Destruction, Hazardous Materials, and Biological Detection and Hazard mitigation. Mr. Harris provided subject matter expertise on test and evaluation on a variety of equipment that provides awareness, sample collection and identification capability of potential CBRNE hazards. Mr. Harris Developed, reviewed and edited lesson plans and presentations. Mr. Harris Implemented Risk Assessments for training events, to insure a proper assessment was documented to identify potential hazards while training was conducted. As an Instructor Mr. Harris provided over 10,000 hours of platform instruction 1996 to present in areas related of CBRNE, Haz- Mat and Weapons of Mass Destruction. CSM Harris performed duties as the senior trainer and spokesperson for the School. CSM Harris conducted a mentoring program for new instructors and support staff in counseling with an emphasis in Instructor development and presentation delivery. CSM Harris briefed the Commander / Director in all areas related to the performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to published policies and inspection of activates and the facilities. CSM Harris supervised and mentored subordinates on career advancements and promotions criteria. Other duties included development and implementation of large area external simulation exercises. Also in areas of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear and subjects pertaining to Weapons of Mass Destruction to include Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Safety and Instruction.
