Working with other dynamic and motivated individuals is, for me, the most exciting part about starting a new project or taking on a new role: the people we meet. As a student that attended a relatively small high school, I had the opportunity to interact with and collaborate with people from many different walks of life. This only encouraged me to get incredibly involved within my school community, a practice I've kept alive to this day as a university student. Taking initiative to partake in new experiences is a considerable source of motivation for me.I have had the opportunity of exploring roles in education, leading large scale projects and events to strengthen the following skill sets and qualifications:• Exceptional Organizational and Time Management: obtained from simultaneously serving on 2 club executives, a not-for-profit corporation and a students’ union over the course of a 2 year period, leading and representing diverse groups and teams• Excellent Detail-Oriented Project Management: developed by planning and executing 10+ events catering to various groups of a high school student body over the course of 2 years to improve student life• Strong Communication and Team Building Expertise: honed through working alongside a team of 25 students across Canada to plan and lead the Canada Summer Marketing Challenge over a 1 month long period online engaging high school students from across the globe• Working Remotely/Adaptability: Responding to the necessity of working remotely by utilizing self-motivation, virtual communication abilities and collaboration. Gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in using platforms that include: Zoom, Google Meet, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office 365.My skills, drive to learn and past experience will be a serve as an asset in your dynamic team.
