Most of my research experience revolved around design optimization and implementation of nano-patterned wafer-scale substrates made of different materials for Nano Photonic applications. *I have a vast experience in handling and using cleanroom tools such as E-beam lithography, photolithography, PVD (E-beam and thermal deposition), Sputtering etc. In addition, I have wide experience in working with material characterization techniques such as AFM, SEM, TEM, Ellipsometry, Optical Microscopy, and profilometry.* I am an excellent communicator as evidenced by 8+ peer-reviewed journals and international conference publications.* I am an enthusiastic team player resulting in working on collaborative projects with faculty and staffs of research groups in India and USA.Please feel free to connect with me at greshma.bmie@gmail.com

* Developed a cost-effective and wafer-scale technique using Glancing Angle deposition for fabricating chiral substrates with metallic and refractory materials, resulting in a novel chiro-optical device with highest reported optical activity at the time.*Assisted the Principal Investigator with lab setup tasks like equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance, established and implemented lab safety guidelines resulting in a safe and organized research environment.*Exceptional organization skills developed by performing periodic safety assessments, creating and updating the inventory of lab equipment and materials and delegating weekly group meetings with the users and facility in-charge members.
