The After School Programs Manager oversees the fiscal compliance, programmatic implementation, outcomes management, and staff development and supervision of the After School Programs. The services provided by the program include academic tutoring, enrichment activities, parent engagement, community service projects, and positive youth development workshops during the school year, as well as a summer component. Additionally, the program manager will lead all efforts in reporting, budget maintenance, tracking, coordinate new relationships with other community-based organizations, and ensure that all policies are followed.
