- Create successful conferences;- Manage the entire conference creation process, from developing the conference concept and agenda to selecting speakers and securing a venue;- Successfully create and organize conferences such as "Retail Forumas 2022 ", "Produktų vadovų konferencija 2022 " and "Efektyvumo konferencija 2022"; - Ensure that conferences are well-attended and receive positive feedback from attendees; - Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and IT; - Research potential conference topics and themes, identify suitable speakers, and design an agenda that is engaging and informative; - Secure a suitable venue, manage conference logistics, and coordinate all aspects of conference planning- Manage conference budgets and timelines, monitor conference performance, and provide post-conference evaluation and analysis; - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to enhance future conferences and ensure the organization stays ahead of industry trends; - Play a critical role in enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders through successful conference creation and execution.

- Successfully manage and coordinate large offline and online events (projects) through different departments such as design, projection, sales, and installation. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that the event meets stakeholder expectations and delivers a strong return on investment;- Lead public procurement processes, including the preparation and execution of procurement documents from start to finish. This includes utilizing CVP IS system to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines; - Lead the bidding process for projects by managing relationships with stakeholders, conducting negotiations, and delegating tasks to team members. You are responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of proposal preparation and budgeting to ensure that the organization can deliver a high-quality event that meets the needs of stakeholders; - Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
