Point of contact for external essential services, such as food, soft drinks and coffee suppliers as well as catering equipment suppliers. Placing orders with suppliers for food, drinks, crockery, and appliances to deliver hospitality services. Prepare weekly stocktake of food and drinks including alcohol. Train Runners on Barista management in my absence. Serve drinks for screenings and events to support Head of Business Development. Create Bar-Tabs for process and upload to Ceta for Post Production Managers to invoice clients. Work with Head Runner and Client Services Co-Ord to plan ideas and prepare Friday Treats.
