My background as a theater artist feeds my passion for storytelling. My experience as an event marketing and theater producer shaped me into a timeline obsessed organizational force. And through the arc of my entire career I have worked to cultivate my own brand of servant leadership - first for non profit arts organizations and now for my own small family business. I am highly motivated by creating a sense of community: for my audience / customers; and within the culture of whatever organization I find myself in.
