I directed Nebraska Community Foundation's capacity-building programs to build place-based philanthropic wealth and leadership skills in its network of 1,500 volunteers in over 100 Nebraska communities. Successful projects included Building Capacity in Rural Nebraska peer-learning and endowment challenge grant program which raised over $12 million for unrestricted endowments, a peer mentor program with 100 participants, an Action Planning process in 50 communities, and an online peer-learning resource library.
