- Team management: Coaching and developing Accounts Payable Team Leaders and Process Experts- Stakeholder management: weekly & monthly service reviews with business units in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark- Actively driving efficiency improvements of the Source to Pay processes- Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders such as suppliers, colleagues and end-users- Conducting regular one to ones, team meetings and performance reviews- Accountable for the team delivery in terms of:receive and verify invoices, processing invoices, follow up, investigate and take pro-active actions to secure efficient invoice management, period end activities including accruals and reconciliations, collaboration with stakeholders, continuous improvement on process and invoice quality, and other agreed targets- Overseeing all aspects of the Account Payable function- Proficient usage of SAP ERP, Coupa, ServiceNow, HRB & Workday

-Facilitate Process Improvement Forum (PIF) which is aimed to be the gate for new and existing Sourcing processes updates, implementation, tracking and voicing ideas-Analyse, pre-evaluate, prioritize and track the implementation progress of continuous improvements within Sourcing community-Arrange meetings, agendas, follow up on the actions, gather feedback from stakeholders be the main Go-To individual for all Process Improvement Forum questions-Select and maintain appropriate communication channels to maintain correct, effective and updated information flow-Contribute to ongoing Sourcing transformation program by supporting and co-ordinating Master Data stream

-Acting as SPOC (Single point of contact) for Vendor Master Maintenance related tasks and responsibilities: arrangement of trainings, certification and quality checks for newcomers, designing and leading system and process improvements, ad-hoc issue solving-Maintaining solid operational execution and quality: managing Contract and Vendor Data Maintenance in SAP ERP, actively contribute to effective service delivery and high SLA targets-Actively working with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations-Reporting progress and escalate issues/challenges for the pipeline of procurement cases-High contribution towards efficient sourcing performance and transformation

-Managing additions/changes/deletes to services, users, licenses, terminals and vendors in a cost effective manner-Timely reporting to exchanges and vendors observing contractual obligations, staying on top of the complex rules that exchanges and vendors impose on the use of their data ; participating in audit and review processes-Providing ad hoc and recurring user and management reporting, assist with overviews and presentations related to groupwide market data usage, spend, cost projections, and compliance-Managing the invoicing process and conducting monthly internal recharge – proactively seeking process improvement; identifying potential saves and efficiencies within existing and new market data usage and licensing-Participating in the business and project development activities involving use of market data in order to advice on content, availability and best practice market data solutions-Facilitating the procurement negotiation process providing user lists, permissioning- and usage reports-Maintain, support and build contribution flows and similar market data related set-ups using Multi Vendor Contribution System technology

-Creating and maintaining PO for serviced EU affiliates (Lithuania in particular)-Handling customer claims regarding products/services quality, quantity and/or delivery terms-Handling RFQ process, evaluating offers/proposals and negotiating prices-Vendor Data Management: initiating vendor creation as well as create and maintain material master data-Ensuring that orders and records are properly documented, approved and are compliant with company policy-Implementation of process/ system improvements triggering increase of the overall process efficiency and control level-Communication with Business and internal units of Organization: providing assistance to users ensuring common understanding of processes and systems
