- Lead Product Manager for Pandora Content Management, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), Paid Media and Owned Media teams .- Create and maintain the Product Roadmap and vision, ensuring it is aligned with Corporate and Digital Strategy- Create complex business cases that include market analysis, costs, business/user benefits, and OPEX & CAPEX calculations- Accountable for the roadmap, vision and strategy of the domain.- Manage a backlog of stakeholder requirements, customer problems, new features and initiatives, optimising existing features, technical debt, quick wins vs strategic projects.- Work with the Delivery managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering and Solution Architects to build high performing product teams with clear product vision, purpose and measurable results, adapt the teams working practices to suit the product lifecycle optimising value delivery.
